We are welcoming you to live in the wonderful Südkreuz Quartier complex. 664 residential units in 11 buildings, with 1-4 rooms promise tenants high-quality, ultra-modern living with 18 m² to 120 m² of living space with exclusive services such as a gym, common living room (The DAILY) , unique Pavillion, a music room, a generous kids’ playground, a bike repairing shop and a roof terrace.

Apartments

In the complex, we offer three kinds of apartments: Studio apartments, Free rental apartments, and socially subsidized apartments (for WBS holders only).

Studio apartments are ranged from 18-40 m², equipped with wooden flooring, floor heating, private kitchen, high-quality toilet and shower. Some of the apartments have balconies.

The rent includes a 50MB internet connection and is calculated as completely ‘warm’- including heating, water and electricity.

Free rental apartments are ranging from 40-115 m² with 1.5-4 rooms, including many variations in direction and floor plan. All with wooden floors floor heating, a modern kitchen (including appliances- fridge, stove, Steam Hood, oven), and high-level bathrooms. All apartments have a high-speed internet and TV connection. The apartments are smartly designed for a high quality of living.
