At the Elizabeth Cady Stantonplein you will find our location ZuidOost in the Zuid-Oost district of Amsterdam. The building is 10 floors high and has about 600 studios especially developed for young professionals between the ages of 18 and 36. The building is sustainable, green and natural gas-free, contributing to a greener planet. With us, you rent a fully equipped 28 sqm studio at an affordable rent.

Both Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena train station and Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena metro station are only a 10-minute walk away. In addition, there are also many bus connections, so you can easily reach the small nearby towns.

The Studios

The studios are equipped with flooring, curtains, private kitchen with fridge and induction hob and modern bathroom with toilet. Heating and internet are also already in place. So you only need to bring your own furniture and move into your new home smoothly. Piece of cake!

ZuidOost is close to several parks such as Nelson Mandela Park (5-minute walk). There’s also a nice shopping center at 1-minute walking distance: Amsterdamse Poort and is easily accessible by public transport.
